Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Receives Free Update Featuring Two Brand-New Suits

Insomniac Games has released a brand-new update for Marvel's Spider-Man 2, giving players two additional suits inspired by upcoming Marvel projects. Best of all, both suits are available at no additional cost for all players on PlayStation 5 and PC.


The first addition is a suit inspired by Spider-Man: Brand New Day, the upcoming Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures film. The design brings a fresh cinematic look to Peter Parker and gives fans an early glimpse of a costume inspired by the next chapter in Spider-Man's big-screen journey.


Joining it is a second suit inspired by Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, bringing a bold, stylized aesthetic based on the newly announced fighting game. The unique design stands out from the game's existing lineup and offers players another exciting customization option while exploring New York City.

As always, it's great to see Insomniac Games continuing to support Marvel's Spider-Man 2 with free post-launch content. While the update is relatively small, new suits are always a welcome addition for players looking to switch up their look while web-swinging across Manhattan.

Fantastic Four: The First Steps — A Fantastic Film - Movie Review

Well, they did it, ladies and gentlemen. Marvel Studios has finally delivered a Fantastic Four film that truly feels like a Fantastic Four film. From the opening moments to the end credits, Fantastic Four: The First Steps shines as one of the most visually stunning and emotionally satisfying entries in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to date. PlayStation State of Play Returns September 24: What to Expect

PlayStation has officially confirmed that a brand-new State of Play is happening Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 2 PM PT / 5 PM ET / 11 PM CEST (September 25 at 6 AM JST) via their PlayStation blog and official PlayStation channels. The State Of Play will run for more than 35 minutes and feature updates from PlayStation Studios, along with third-party and indie titles from developers around the world. One of the highlights already teased is an extended look at Housemarque’s upcoming game Saros , set to release next year. PlayStation Blog revealed that we’ll see nearly five minutes of gameplay captured directly on PS5.
