Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 Episode 7 Review: A Strong Episode That Left Me Frustrated

Image
With only one episode left in Daredevil: Born Again, Season 2, Episode 7 had a clear job to do. It needed to raise the stakes, sharpen the tension, and leave viewers feeling like the finale could truly bring everything crashing down. On that level, I think this episode absolutely succeeds. It is a strong penultimate chapter; it keeps the pressure on, and it does a very solid job of making next week feel important. The finale is officially scheduled for May 5, 2026 , so this really was the last major setup hour before the end. At the same time, I came away from this episode with a real sense of disappointment. I want to keep this spoiler-light because I do not want someone casually finding this review and getting hit with a huge reveal before they watch the episode. So I will just say this: there is one character direction in this episode that I understand on a story mechanics level, but I still do not think it was the most interesting path the show could have taken. For me, the ...

Official Update: EYES EP REMASTERED Has Been Canceled

Image
Today, I am sharing an important update regarding my planned release, EYES EP REMASTERED . After careful consideration, I have made the difficult decision to cancel the planned release of EYES EP REMASTERED , including Blue Eyes Remastered , Green Eyes Remastered , and Orange Eyes Remastered . This project was created around the goal of releasing these remastered songs on vinyl. Since the vinyl edition is no longer moving forward, I have decided not to release the remastered EP at this time. This is disappointing, especially after the time, planning, and excitement that went into preparing this rollout. However, I still believe in the future of physical music. I am already thinking long-term about creating my own vinyl distribution path in the future. Thank you to everyone who supported the rollout and showed excitement for this release. Your support means a lot, and I truly appreciate everyone who was looking forward to the project. The project is canceled, but the music journey ...

Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 Episode 6 Review: The Storm Before the Chaos

Image
By the end of Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 Episode 6, the feeling I was left with more than anything was dread. Not because I disliked the episode. Quite the opposite. I liked this episode a lot. I thought it had strong momentum, some great character moments, a really exciting energy, and a sense that the story is tightening around everyone in a way that could become devastating very quickly. What makes this episode stand out for me is not that it feels like the biggest episode of the season, but that it feels like one of the last deep breaths before the fall. Season 2 is officially eight episodes long, and with Episode 6 now done, there are only two chapters left before the finale. That is what made this hour so effective. It feels like something is brewing under nearly every scene. There is tension hanging over the episode that goes beyond the immediate plot. It feels as if several characters are standing right at the edge of something terrible, and the show knows it. There is ...

Xbox Makes Major Game Pass Changes: Price Drop and Call of Duty Shift Announced

Image
There are moments in this industry where a company doesn’t just tweak the system… it reshapes it. Today feels like one of those moments. Today, Asha Sharma and Team Xbox officially announced a significant update to the Xbox Game Pass model, alongside a notable change involving the future of Call of Duty . And honestly… this is big. A More Affordable Game Pass Let’s start with what will likely grab the most attention. Xbox has confirmed that Game Pass Ultimate is getting a price reduction , dropping from $29.99/month to $22.99/month . That’s not a small adjustment. That’s a statement. In their announcement, Xbox acknowledged something many players have been feeling: “Game Pass Ultimate has become too expensive for too many players.” It’s rare to see a company come out and say that so directly. And even rarer to see them respond with a meaningful change this quickly. For longtime subscribers and newcomers alike, this move makes Game Pass feel a bit more accessible again… li...

Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced Gets Its Worldwide Reveal This Week — And I’ll Be Live Co-Streaming It

Image
After months of rumors, whispers, and mounting anticipation, Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced is finally getting its proper worldwide reveal. Ubisoft has confirmed that the Worldwide Reveal Showcase will air on April 23, 2026, at 4:00 PM UTC, which is 12:00 PM Eastern. This follows Ubisoft’s earlier March franchise update, where it openly teased the project and told fans to “keep your spyglass on the horizon.” For many Assassin’s Creed fans, this is a big one. Black Flag remains one of the most beloved entries in the entire franchise, and seeing Ubisoft finally bring this project fully into the light feels like the beginning of something special. The official reveal stream is set to air on Ubisoft’s YouTube channel under the title “Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced: Worldwide Reveal Showcase.” I’ll be live for the event with my own co-stream, reacting in real time, sharing my thoughts, and talking through everything Ubisoft reveals as it happens. Whether it is gameplay, visuals,...

Euphoria Season 3 Episode 2 Review: A Letdown With One Beautiful Moment

Image
After a very long night, I wanted to keep this review short and honest. I really was not a fan of Euphoria Season 3 Episode 2 . For me, the one bright spot in the episode was seeing Rue and Jules reconnect . Their scene together was beautiful, emotional, and easily the part of the episode that worked best for me. It reminded me of the kind of heart and intimacy this show can still deliver when it slows down and lets its characters breathe. Outside of that, though, this episode just did not do much for me. One of my biggest issues once again is the music. It still feels off, and that missing presence continues to affect the tone of the series in a way that is hard for me to ignore. The emotional rhythm of the show just does not hit the same for me right now, and this episode really made that stand out. So while I appreciated the Rue and Jules moment, the episode overall left me disappointed. Hopefully, Episode 3 is stronger.

Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 Episode 5 Review: The Best Episode of the Series So Far

Image
Some episodes entertain you, and then there are episodes that stay with you. Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 Episode 5, “The Grand Design,” is one of those episodes. This was not just another strong hour of television for me. This felt like something special. It felt emotional, haunting, mature, and deeply human. Out of everything Born Again has delivered so far, this may honestly be the best episode of the series. Episode 5 is officially titled “The Grand Design,” and it arrived as the fifth chapter in Disney+’s eight-episode second season. What makes this episode so powerful is how willing it is to slow down and sit with pain. This is not an episode built around nonstop action, and that is exactly why it works. The show understands that action only means something when it is attached to loss, memory, guilt, and consequence. Episode 5 leans into that truth. It lets the emotions breathe. It lets the performances carry scenes. It trusts the audience to sit in the discomfort, and...

Euphoria Season 3 Episode 1 Review: A Strong Premiere With A Different Feel

Image
Some premieres feel like a party, and then there are some that feel like stepping back into a place you once knew by heart, only to realize the walls have shifted a little. That is very much how I felt watching Euphoria Season 3 Episode 1 . Before even getting into the episode itself, I have to say this night meant a lot to me. I had just wrapped up sharing my thoughts live on stream, and for once, the room felt fuller. The interaction was lovely. I was nervous, absolutely, because I am so used to only a few people being there at a time. But tonight felt different in the best way. It felt like people were listening, talking back, and showing up. That made this premiere even more special for me. As for the episode itself, I did enjoy it. There is still something captivating about Euphoria . Even when it changes, even when it feels a little unfamiliar, the show still knows how to pull your eyes toward the screen and keep them there. It still has that emotional weight, that ache, that...

The Full STARFALL LOFI Album Will Debut Early for Channel Members This June

Image
A new listening experience is on the horizon for channel members. I’m happy to officially announce that on June 11, 2026 , I will be hosting a members-exclusive livestream debut for the full STARFALL LOFI album on my YouTube channel. This private event will allow channel members to hear the complete project early before it is released publicly, continuing a brand-new initiative focused on bringing exclusive music experiences directly to the people who support the channel. This is something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time. Channel memberships have always meant a great deal to me, and I’ve been thinking carefully about ways to make that support feel even more special. One of the new directions I’m now introducing is early-access music events , where members can hear select releases ahead of time in a more intimate and exclusive setting. The STARFALL LOFI album is a project that means a lot to me because it allows the STARFALL universe to breathe differently. It is quieter, ...

Channel Members Get Early Access to the Official STARFALL Theme This May

Image
Something special is on the way for channel members. I’m excited to officially share that on May 14, 2026 , I will be hosting a members-exclusive livestream premiere for the official STARFALL Theme on my YouTube channel. This will be a private early listening event created specifically for the people who continue to support my work through channel memberships, and it marks the beginning of a new initiative I’ve been wanting to roll out for a while now. Moving forward, one of the new benefits of being a channel member will be access to select upcoming original music before it is released publicly. In some cases, that may mean hearing new music up to one month early; in others , possibly even longer, depending on the project and its release timeline. The official STARFALL Theme will be one of the first major pieces of music to launch as part of this new members-first experience. The STARFALL universe has been growing in many different ways, and music has always been one of the m...

Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 Episode 4 Review: One of the Best Episodes of the Series So Far

Image
There are some episodes of television that feel like they arrive with a different kind of weight. From the moment they begin, you can feel that something heavier is in the air. Something more dangerous. Something that is not just moving the story forward, but actively changing it.  That is exactly how I felt watching Daredevil: Born Again, Season 2, Episode 4, titled “Gloves Off.” By the time the credits rolled, I was left stunned, excited, and honestly a little heartbroken. It's just great. For me, it is one of the best episodes of the entire Born Again series so far. What makes Episode 4 hit so hard is how complete it feels. The action is sharp and brutal, the emotional tension keeps tightening, and the pacing gives the whole hour a feeling of momentum that never really lets up.  There is no wasted energy here. It feels focused, confident, and dangerous in a way that makes you sit up and pay attention. It is the kind of episode that reminds you why this world works when M...

Falcon Lake (2022) Review – A Haunting Coming-of-Age Story That Stays With You

Image
There are films you watch… and then there are films you experience . Falcon Lake is not loud. It does not beg for your attention. It doesn’t rely on spectacle, or jump scares, or grand declarations of love. Instead, it whispers. It lingers. It creeps in slowly and settles somewhere deep inside your chest, where it stays long after the credits roll. After a long journey, I found the right time to watch Falcon Lake. It feels good to have found that time and rolled credits on this film after waiting a long, long time to watch it. And when it ended… I just sat there. Quiet. Thinking. Feeling. Because this film doesn’t just tell a story. It leaves an imprint. A Story of Connection… and Distance At its core, Falcon Lake is a coming-of-age story built on the fragile, uncertain connection between Bastien and Chloé. And what makes it so powerful is how real it feels. There’s an awkwardness to their bond. A hesitation. A curiosity that never fully settles into comfort. You spend the ent...

28 Years Later: The Bone Temple — A Redemption I Didn’t See Coming

Image
There’s something powerful about being wrong in the best way possible. Going into 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple , my expectations were low. The previous film, 28 Years Later , left me disappointed. It didn’t hit the emotional or narrative highs I was hoping for, and it felt like a missed opportunity within a franchise that once felt so raw and gripping. But the Bone Temple changed that for me completely. This film doesn’t just improve on its predecessor; it redeems it. From the very beginning, what stood out most was the dynamic between Spike and Kellie. Their relationship is the emotional core of the film, and it works beautifully. Kellie, in particular, immediately establishes herself as someone who sees beyond survival, someone who chooses connection over chaos. You can feel it early on: she’s not staying with Jimmy’s group. She’s choosing something different. And that choice defines the heart of the story. There’s a quiet strength in how Kellie looks after Spike, and their...
