Happy New Year and Hello 2026
As of January 1st, 2026, I’m sitting here with that strange mix of emotions that always shows up on New Year’s Day. Part of me feels proud. Part of me feels tired. Part of me is staring into the future like, “Alright… what kind of year are you about to be?”
2025 was a year of learning. A year of building. A year of creating. And yeah, a year of getting hit in the face a few times by reality, stress, and the kind of mental weight you don’t always know how to explain to people. But I made it here. I’m still here. I’m still trying. And I’m still creating.
And honestly, that’s the big thing I want to say today:
Thank you for being here.
Whether you watched a video, liked a post, left a comment, read a blog, shared something I made, or even just quietly supported from a distance, it all matters. It’s easy to underestimate how much it means when someone takes time out of their day to show love for something you put your heart into.
I’ve been building a lot. Not just content, not just projects, but… a life. A foundation. Something that lasts. Something I can look back on years from now and say, “Yeah. I didn’t quit.”
A quick look back at 2025
2025 wasn’t a “perfect year.” It wasn’t even close.
But it was real. It was honest. It was one of those years where you’re forced to learn what you can carry and what you need to set down. Some days, I felt unstoppable. Other days, I felt like I was just trying to make it through the next hour. If you’ve ever been there, you know exactly what I mean.
Still, there were bright spots. Some wins. Some moments that reminded me why I do what I do.
-
I kept creating through the ups and downs.
-
I kept writing and building worlds.
-
I kept showing up, even on days when it would’ve been easier to disappear.
And I’m proud of that.
Because sometimes the biggest flex isn’t “look what I achieved.”
Sometimes it’s simply:
“I didn’t give up.”
What I’m carrying into 2026
I’m going into 2026 with a mindset that feels different. More grounded. More focused. Less about proving things to anyone, and more about building something that genuinely makes me happy and feels meaningful.
I want this year to be about:
-
Consistency over chaos
-
Progress over perfection
-
Peace over pressure
-
Doing what matters, not what’s loud
I’m not chasing a fake “new year, new me” thing. I’m still me. Same brain. Same heart. Same creative fire.
But I am chasing a better year.
A healthier year.
A year where I take care of myself while I build the things I care about.
What to expect this year
2026 is going to be a big year for content and creativity.
I’ll be continuing to grow what I’ve started and pushing things forward in a way that feels exciting and sustainable. More videos, more writing, more updates, and more moments where you’ll see the behind-the-scenes side of what I do.
Some of the things I’m most looking forward to this year:
-
More consistent content on YouTube
-
More blog posts and long-form writing
-
More project updates
-
More creativity without fear
-
More building, planning, and leveling up
And yeah, I’m also going to be celebrating something really special this year:
My 15-year YouTube anniversary journey is officially kicking off.
That’s wild to even type. Fifteen years of building, learning, evolving, and growing. The younger version of me who started all this had no idea where the road would go, but I think he’d be proud that I kept going.
A little reminder for anyone reading this
If you’re entering 2026 feeling excited, I’m happy for you.
If you’re entering 2026 feeling nervous, I get it.
If you’re entering 2026 feeling exhausted, heavy, or unsure… you’re not alone.
You don’t have to have everything figured out on January 1st. You don’t have to pretend you’re okay if you’re not. You don’t have to force yourself to be “new” to be worthy of a better year.
Sometimes all you need is one small step.
One good day.
One new habit.
One honest conversation.
One moment where you choose not to give up on yourself.
That’s enough. That counts.
Thank you (for real)
To everyone who supports what I do, thank you.
To everyone who checks in, thank you.
To everyone who believes in what I’m building, thank you.
To everyone who has been here through the highs and lows, thank you.
I don’t take it for granted.
I’m grateful for the people who stick around while I figure life out and keep creating through it. That kind of support means more than I can ever fully explain.
Here’s to 2026
Here’s to growth.
Here’s to new beginnings.
Here’s to better days.
Here’s to creativity that feels alive again.
Here’s to healing.
Here’s to building something that lasts.
And here’s to all of us doing our best, one day at a time.
Happy New Year, and welcome to 2026. π€✨
